Our services are suitable for individual and corporations; from taking a role as your personal consultant yet a CFO Virtual for your business. We do tax consulting, tax compliance, tax dispute, bookeeping, financial report, and payroll service. Start-up Starter Kit and E-Commerce Kit Package are also available to help your business grow, because we believe that by supporting small businesses we are actually supporting the dream of others.
2. Who are TGT services most needed by?
Small business entrepreneurs or start-up CEOs who are still in the early stages of building their business, large scale companies but need assistance from the consultant to review internal work and update knowledge, or even whoever needs private tax and bookkeeping services. We are handling your tax and accounting matters so you can focus on growing your business.
3. Does TGT handle personal tax returns?
Yes, we handle personal tax returns.
4. What does "transactions" in our services mean?
It refers to the number of transaction lines that occur in your bank account statement (mutations) in certain period (per month or per year).
5. What payment methods does TGT accept?
We accept VISA/Mastercard Debit Card, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and E-wallets (GO-PAY, OVO, DANA, and ShopeePay).
6. How may I reach my dedicated CPA or accountant team?
You are welcome to reach us at your convenience. We are available to communicate via your preferred method – phone, email, or chat to answer any questions you may have during standard business hours of 9 AM – 6 PM. With prior scheduling notice, CPAs are available after hours as well.
7. Where can I find my report(s)?
Go to www.thegreatax.com to login to your account. Once you logged in, click My Dashboard on the navigation menu on the top left.
8. Can I change my plan?
Sure, you can change your tax and accounting plan at any times. Visit our plan options here. This will take effect at the start of your next payment cycle. Additional fees may occur.
9. Do you offer custom plan?
Absolutely! We are open to customize a plan to suit your specific needs at your specific budget. Contact us for this matter.
10. Can I cancel my engagement?
Even though we’re sorry to see you go, but we understand that things change in business. Yes, of course you can terminate the engagement by giving us at least 7 days written notice. If you request to cancel, services will be provided up to the last day of that month. To cancel, please contact us directly.
